Free 1 hour Consultation, then thereafter;

  * $150.00 Proposal (each)

  * $50.00 per hour -OR- 15% Cost Plus

Services:

  • Initial Consultation
  • Ongoing Consultation and advice as required
  • Assisting with information for obtaining special license and/or permits {as needed}
  • Assisting with information for obtaining renters insurance {as needed}
  • Prepare budget and suggest recommendations
  • Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists
  • Plan and Review Venue contract and confirm arrangements
  • Plan and Review Vendors contracts and confirm arrangements
  • Assisting with floor plan and decorations
  • Instructing attendants about their duties
  • Preparing itineraries, seating list, name plates
  • Attending, Overseeing, and Directing the Event
  • Providing a stress-free day
